Traffic has been causing late Check-Ins and Pick-Ups. Totally understandable within reason.
Obviously things do happen. I encourage communication so we can plan a comfortable wait.
However, I cannot have our little friends waiting over 45 minutes for Pick-up.
Kennel space is limited. Excessive lateness delays everyone scheduled.
Our pets deserve hydration and a break to pee/potty.
The estimated duration of your pet’s groom is given by your groomer.
You will receive a 20 minute text notification when our appointment is near completion. Arriving earlier without notice interrupts their personalized service.
Unless we have made arrangements, a *$20 Daycare fee will be added at 45 minutes.
$10 added for every additional hour.
