It’s been a while since I’ve shared an update, and I know some of you have been wondering when the flower farm would reopen—so here’s where things stand.
Right now, the farm is resting… tarped over and taking a pause.
We’re stepping into a new chapter. Many of you know I returned to full-time work in summer 2024 as the plant buyer at Franz Witte Garden Center—a role that truly fits my passion for plants.
Last year, I tried to juggle both the farm and a full-time schedule, and honestly, it led to burnout. Working long days and then coming home to another full workload made it hard to find the joy in it. I realized I want to slow down and enjoy our property again, without the constant pressure to keep it all going.
I’m incredibly grateful for the support, encouragement, and business you’ve given us over the years. It’s meant more than you know—and what a ride it’s been. 💛
