🐾🌈 National Pet Memorial Day 🌈🐾

Today is a day that means a little more to those of us who have loved a pet and had to say goodbye.

When you love an animal, they become such a big part of your life. They’re there for the ordinary days, the hard days, and some of the very best days. They know our routines, our voices, and somehow always seem to know when we need them most. ❤️

And when they’re gone, you realize just how much of your heart they took with them.

Owning Lookout Mountain Pet Boarding has given me the opportunity to love and care for so many animals, and I know firsthand just how deeply these precious babies are loved by their families. They aren’t simply pets we take care of—they become little pieces of our hearts too.

So today, I’m thinking about every family who has had to say goodbye. I hope you find comfort in knowing that the love you gave them was their whole world.

The time we get with them is never long enough, but the love they leave behind lasts forever. 🐾🌈❤️

Gone from our arms, but never from our hearts.

🐾 Meet Mac! 🐾

Mac is a 1-year-old boy who’s looking for a new home. He’s up to date on all of his shots.

He’s the kind of dog that would be just as happy going hunting as he would hanging out in the house curled up in your lap. He’s a sweet boy with lots of love to give.

If you think Mac might be a good fit for your family or have any questions, feel free to reach out. Please share to help him find the loving home. ❤️🐶
