Canine Comfort Inn is taking new clients! Our apprentice groomer, Hannah, is very close to training in and needs more clients as she adds appointments to her schedule. We’re looking to add a second dog groomer to our Canine Comfort family!
The right fit to our small facility will get 50% commission plus tips. Schedules can be flexible within our business hours but we’re ideally looking for someone to start with 3-4 days per week from 8am – 5pm doing 5-6 dogs per day and eventually work up to 5 days per week. We offer employee discounts and all holidays off.
Groomers must supply their own equipment, check in/out dogs, bathe their own dogs and do light end of day cleaning.
Don’t know how to groom but have a minimum of one-year professional dog experience?
We can offer an un-paid grooming internship where you will learn all aspects of grooming with the potential of a paid grooming position after training. You must provide your own grooming tools.
All applicants must have a passion for working with dogs, patience and excellent customer service skills. Dependability, responsibility and timeliness are very important for this position.

Happy New Year!! 2024 brings us some changes here at Canine Comfort Inn. First, we have our new groomer - Claire Sukowatey! She is still accepting new clients and will be expanding her schedule throughout the next year. We have also changed our boarding pricing system. By popular demand, we now include play time in our boarding prices. You can still add extra sessions or upgrade to group play but now everyone will get a play session or cuddle time rain or shine. Thanks for being such great customers and we look forward to seeing you in 2024!!
