I don't like to make Beware posts lightly, but I also don't take people being rude and using slurs for people lightly.
One : There is a new breeder in the Southern Califonia area, they are going by the Rat Collective. There are many red flags in their post shown below.
Any Ethical breeder who loved what they are doing is going to ask for an application to be filled out. It's the best way we can gage and assess potential adopters. Impulse buyers, folks who might not have researched enough, children trying to pass off as adults, and people who simple do not care about proper health and care of the animals they want, are easy to see once they submitt and application.
Every breeder should want the best home for the animals they are producing.

The way they talk and engage is the type of person an application would w**d out.
People who, just want the cheapest animal the fastest they can get them are often not the best adopter. Neither are people who use slurs about people. :/
I don't need every person to adopt from, me and I love new Ethical breeders.
But please do it ethically
