JMM Rescue is an Oregon-based rescue saving dogs in Oregon and California. JMM, Just Manifesting Miracles' long-term goal is to build a facility to help house rescue dogs in need and rehab them as well as offer a community for homeless veterans and any other homeless who want to get their lives back on track learning skills needed in the rescue. Some athletes use fame to collect things. Derrick Nnadi used his to give animals a way out.

Through his partnership with KC Pet Project, the Kansas City Chiefs defensive tackle helped over 500 shelter dogs move from kennels to real homes. After Chiefs wins, he often covered adoption fees so families could adopt without cost, turning a football result into a second chance for a dog who had been waiting.

But the fees were only part of it. Nnadi also helped fund emergency medical care, food, and support for rescues when resources were stretched thin. In shelter work, that kind of help is not “extra.” It can be the difference between a dog getting treatment or being left behind.

What makes this story hit is how practical it is. No speeches needed. Just consistent support, again and again, until the numbers add up to real lives changed.

He may be known for what he does on the field. But for the dogs who left the shelter because of him, Derrick Nnadi will always be a champion.

On behalf of JMM Rescue, Meaza Ridley and Deb, a HUGE thank you to everyone that played Super Bowl Squares 2026 Edition and helped us raise a lot of money for our rescue!

It was a crazy last hour or so that the $20 square finally filled out with a very kind donor that covered the open squares plus some very generous support from good friends. Apologies that we were so close to the kickoff before actually getting things finalized and posted. I'll try to come up with a better plan and deadline next year!

When we say we really wish everyone could win, we mean it. This year we had 12 unique winners so that was fun, but we would give everyone a prize if we could! I've reached out to all the winners! We hope that even if you didn't get a prize, that you feel like a winner for supporting a rescue and a lot of sweet dogs!

Want to have some fun and a chance to win!?

We're doing Super Bowl Squares for JMM Rescue again! You don't need to know football to play. You just pick a square (or squares). We hope to fill at least 3 squares. One for $5/square and one for $10/square and one $20/square.

For the $5 square the prizes will be $50 at the end of each quarter and $100 for the final score. For the $10 squares, you can win $100 if your square has the right combo at the end of a quarter and $200 if you have the right combo at the end of the game. For the $20 square, we're gonna mix it up slightly and it will be $150 for the 1st and 3rd Quarter scores, $200 for the halftime score and $500 for the final score.

We will assign the numbers (by random number generator) after the squares are full. Essentially you're just picking squares and hoping you get lucky!

Message me with what number squares you want and which denominations. If any of the numbers you've picked were already chosen, I'll let you know so you can pick again.

We have Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or PayPal payment options.

We have found this is a very fun way to raise some money for the rescue and also give people a chance to win some cash!
