It's BAAACK! 🐾🏄 Paddle Pups – Paddleboarding with Your Dog 🏄🐾

Ready to make waves with your pup? Join us for Paddle Pups, a fun and confidence-building class designed to teach dogs how to safely and comfortably ride on a paddleboard using positive, reward-based training methods!

Whether you’re brand new to paddleboarding or looking to include your dog in your next outdoor adventure, this hands-on class will help your canine companion learn to love the ride.

📅 Class Dates:
• June 15, 2026 @ 4:30 PM
• June 22, 2026
• June 29, 2026

In this class, we’ll cover:
🐶 Building confidence around paddleboards
🐶 Safe mounting & dismounting
🐶 Stability and balance work
🐶 Calm behavior cues on the board
🐶 Water and sound desensitization
🐶 Safety gear introduction (life jackets, leashes & more)

✨ All breeds and sizes welcome — no prior paddleboarding experience required!

Dogs will work independently in the pool but should be comfortable with other dogs nearby. By the end of the course, your pup will have the foundation to become your favorite paddling partner!

✅ Requirements:
• Dogs should be comfortable around water and other dogs
• Canine life jackets required (recommendations available or options provided)
• Paddleboards provided or bring your own

🎒 What to Bring:
• A crate for waiting time
• Towel
• High-value treats
• Collapsible water dish
• A hungry dog!

Darling Mama’s Got Her Mojo Back achieved his Dock Senior Excellent 13 in his 10th consecutive year of jumping with NADD. Mojo had accumulated 575 competition jumps over 3 NADD disciplines. Mojo is pictured with his owner, Nora Reid and her son Zack Varner. Zack is a person with significant developmental challenges and he held Mojo during all of his competition jumps. Steve Powell, of NADD is awarding the ribbon. Steve taught Mojo to swim 10 years ago and it was a great honor to have him judge these title jumps.
