🐾 Our new website & online booking are live! 💙

You can now request daycare or boarding, upload vaccine records, and sign waivers all in one place.

Online booking is not required — we’re still happy to take reservations by text or Facebook Messenger. This just helps us keep everything organized and easy to find.

Please note that booking requests are not automatically approved. We’ll still review and confirm each request before your reservation is official.

🐾 Pawsitively Home Guest Guidelines 🐾

We’re excited to welcome your pup! To help every guest feel safe, happy, and comfortable, please review these important guidelines before booking:

• Dogs must be friendly with people and other dogs and comfortable in a group setting.
• Current Rabies, DHPP/DAPP, and Bordetella records are required.
• Dogs must be on flea and tick prevention.
• Dogs over 9 months must be spayed or neutered for the safety of all dogs in our group-care environment.
• Dogs showing signs of illness or a contagious condition should stay home until fully recovered, so they can rest and avoid spreading illness to others.

🏡 Your dog will enjoy a warm, home-like environment with plenty of playtime, socialization, relaxation, and indoor/outdoor group time. For their comfort and safety, dogs are only crated or kenneled during meal times, bedtime, or when short-term separation is needed for safety.

🕕 Drop-Off & Pick-Up Hours: 6:00 AM–8:30 PM
⏰ All dogs must be dropped off by 10:00 AM unless prior arrangements have been made.

Please bring enough food and medication for your dog’s entire stay. We also welcome information about special routines, allergies, or individual needs so we can help your pup feel as comfortable as possible.

Because we are a group-care environment, we reserve the right to decline or discontinue care if a dog is not comfortable or safe in the group. This helps us provide the best experience for every guest.
