Rover’s Summer Updates:

We are anticipating a very busy summer so we'll be introducing a few changes hoping to make things run efficiently:

A Sunday morning pickup time, 8-9am (no dropoffs) will be added for your convenience. If you pick up Sunday 3-4pm a daycare day will be charged to the stay.

Charges will be added to your account for late drop off or pick up: $10 within 15 minutes, $25 after 15 minutes. We understand things happen so please let us know if you will be running a few minutes late.

If you need to cancel a reservation (daycare or boarding) please give us a 24 hour notice. If not, a daycare day will be charged to your account. During peak summer time people will be on waiting lists so we’d like to give them the opportunity to come and play if there is a cancellation.

Additional Services:

Rainy/Muddy day clean up (Paw Wash and/or Dry-Off): $5-$25
(Price varies depending on coat type)

Medications that must be administered beyond capsules, pills, or supplements will incur a $5 fee per day. This includes injections, ear drops, eye drops, wound care, etc;

If you haven't already downloaded the Paw Partner app, we encourage you to do so. It will make scheduling and keeping track of your account much easier. Please upload a photo of your dog(s) to your account for kennel pictures and future activities.

Good morning Rovers Family, we have a few announcements to make. Congratulations to Dug & Hutch’s parents for taking 1st and 2nd place, and Nahla's parents for taking 3rd place in the March Madness Competition. We were able to raise $250 for Fox Valley Humane Association’s Spay & Neuter Program. We will contact the winners for their prizes.

Starting June 1st, we will be offering Sunday morning pick up from 8-9am. If you pick up Sunday pm you will be charged a daycare day. We will be going into our busy season now so we will be charging a full daycare to no call no shows. Late drop offs (after 9am) or late pick ups(after 5:30pm) will be charged a 25$ late fee. We understand life happens, so please let us know if you are running a few minutes behind.Thank you for allowing us to care for you pups and we are excited for warmer weather ahead!
