The recent tornado left many of our Fox Valley neighbors — and their pets — displaced and in need of help. Local shelters and rescues are overwhelmed and looking for temporary foster homes to give these animals a safe place to land while their families recover.

While we're still working our way back to full capacity, we recognize just how lucky we've been in so many ways — and we want to take some time to help our neighbors who have been less fortunate this past week.

Appanasha Pet Clinic is hosting a Donation Drop-Off to benefit local shelters and rescues. We'd love your help filling the bin, and we'll take care of the rest!

Here's what we're collecting:

Cat & dog food (dry and canned)
Enrichment activities + toys
Cat & dog beds
Cooling mats
Leashes & collars
Blankets & towels (gently used is A-OK!)

Thank you for your continued patience and support as our community recovers from the recent tornado.

While we do have power and some internet access restored, our phone service is still not fully operational due to the storm damage. Because of our limited internet and phone access communications may be taking longer than usual to process.

Please know our team is working as quickly as we can to assist every client and pet. We truly appreciate your understanding, kindness, and support during this time. It means so much to our entire team, and we're grateful to be part of such an amazing community.

We're Reopening Tomorrow!

We're happy to share that we plan to reopen tomorrow! We are so grateful to have power restored to our building, and we recognize that many in our community are not as fortunate right now. Our hearts are with everyone still affected.

While our power is back, some other utilities are still down — at this time, we remain without phones and internet, which means our ability to communicate with you may be delayed.

In the meantime, the best ways to reach us are by email or through PetDesk. We're actively working on ways to sustainably access both while our building internet is down, so please bear with us — we will get back to you as soon as we're able.

Please know that we are doing everything we can to find workarounds until all utilities are fully restored. We truly appreciate your patience as we work hard to:

Get everyone that had an appointment missed rescheduled
Fill all urgent medications
Get back to caring for the clients and patients we love so much

We are deeply thankful for our incredible team, our loyal clients, and our beloved patients. Thank you all for the grace and patience you've shown throughout this unexpected closure. It means the world to us.

Important Hospital Update!

The safety of our clients, patients, and team is always our top priority. Due to the effects of the Tornado that hit Menasha yesterday, Appanasha Pet Clinic is currently closed until further notice.

At this time, we do not have access to our phones, email, or text messaging systems. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this unexpected situation.

If your pet had an appointment scheduled during our closure, a member of our team will contact you to reschedule as soon as we regain access to our phones.
