River City Ambucs River City Ambucs Club The River City Club is the first ever VETS CLUB in American. River City is a club whose mission in Patriotism, giving, recreation and FUN.

The River City Ambucs is a part of the National Ambucs Program whose mission is to provide independence and mobility to disabled individuals. July 23 they held the first annual AMBUCS VET RIDE in Downtown Memphis. 20 Vets from the VA were givem therapy bikes and then participated in the Ride. River city a Vet Ride Rally today at the Balmoral Shopping Center. 15 Vets rode therapy bike through the neighborhood accompanied on a float by the Marine League Fife and Drum Corp. Bagpipes played children rode their bikes. Over $1,000 was raised at a silent auction, That means another Vet experiences Mobility and Independence.

River City Ambucs is the Local Chapter of Ambucs. It was chartered in April 2011 as Amucs first exclsusive Vet Chapter. Their mission is to provide therapy cycles to disabled Vets. Its events include Vet Rides and fund raisers to purchase additional bikes for Vets. In additional River City's mission is to promote awareness
of the problems of our heroric men and women.
