The Carolina Finnish Lapphund club hosted a wonderful show last weekend in Fletcher, NC! Thank you to all of the club members for your hard work!!

CH Taylormade Ilmarinen Forged In Ruby Fire BCAT CA “Fenrir” was select dog in a packed entry Sunday AM for a 5 point grand major!

Elevare Taylormade Light Bringer “Kieran” was Winners dog/Best of Winners/Best puppy Sunday afternoon for a 3 point major!

Both of these boys are handled by their co owner Kristy! So proud of you all!!!

We are back from a long and successful week at our 2026 national specialty!!

New GCH!!! I am absolutely blown away by this dog every time we step into the ring. it’s a huge honor in a male dominated breed to be awarded best of breed in a sea of wonderful and deserving specials. Finishing her CH in two shows and then her grand in two shows as this was only her 4th weekend out EVER.

1X BOS (to his grand daughter Calysto)
1X BOB and then went on to a group 3!!
He also finished his DCAT.
My first time having one of my own personal dogs in the veteran class. Expecting absolutely nothing but to go out there and have the time of his life and he did just that. Endless Thank-yous to Amie for taking his lead and having the best time with him. It actually brought tears to my eyes remembering my first times out showing him. a dog of so many firsts for me. Not bad for an 8 year old showing 6 times back to back and running fastcat!
