If you haven’t put copper pipes in your water troughs yet, what are you waiting for?! What a game changer! Algae growth has slowed down immensely and horse water intake has remained the same, if not increased. I wish I had gotten before pictures because man the difference is insane!! I was scrubbing troughs 2-3 times a week, now it’s once a week if not every other week!

What are your favorite hacks to help your barn run smoothly?

▪️turnout daily 8am-6:30pm spring, summer, fall. 8am-4:30pm - winter. Weather permitting. Horses stay out later, the nicer the weather.
▪️10x12 matted stalls
▪️60x120 newly renovated indoor with LED lighting, 140x200 outdoor and limited trails.
▪️heated buckets in winter, fans in summer
▪️individualized care for every horses needs.
▪️large lush pastures regularly maintained.
▪️ friendly, quiet, drama free facility.
▪️barn owner and barn manager live on premises.
▪️ horse tosses a shoe? No problem! Farrier is local and here every two weeks!
▪️ horse needs chiropractic work? No problem! Ed Arrington is here regularly!
▪️ horse needs a fly sheet? No problem! We have blanketing available too!
