Stay tuned to this page for an announcement regarding cancellation/ booking fee policy. I haven’t worked out the details because I want it to be fair. Basically, I’m not holding a reservation/spot on a possible need. This isn’t fair to me. You’re keeping me from 1: income, 2: being able to travel myself. This summer has been brutal with last minute/ day of cancellations without any regard to me as a faithful service provider to your pets. I get that things happen, but when it becomes habit like it’s no big deal, because I’m just the pet sitter, so who cares if they lose income to pay their bills right?
