Just wanted to say hi! Hope you are doing well. Our girl Lacey is still a handful. Stealing socks everyday, sometimes the socks are still on our feet. Still loves the hose but not the pool. She’s content to just sit on the steps. We love her so much! Allison Gaspar / Hillsborough NJ

There’s a tennis court right down the street from our house… all enclosed, very safe, lots of people bring their dogs down to the court and let them run around. Hi Mike....just a update on Suki. She is doing great! Sometimes it just takes time and sometimes a lot of time for these rescue dogs that have been thru so much. Suki is my fourth rescue dog but by far the toughest! She did not want to start all over again with a new owner and she was extremely resistant. What she didn't know was that I was just as persistent and was not going to give up on her.

Little by little she moved closer to me. Eventually I could pet her without her trying to bite me. Every time I thought we had moved forward we would have a setback...but I persisted. Taking treats without taking my hand off took a while longer; but we are finally there!! She now jumps up on my lap for scratches and waits for me to catch up on walks. She is a wonderful dog. We continue to settle in with Poncho and delight in him. He is a loving, sweet quirky little guy very smart. Very much wants to be loved. He craves skin contact and he will push push-up on us. Our cats are continuing to improve with him. Sassy are nine-year-old Chihuahua gets pushed around by him a little bit, but we try to be as firm as we can. We love him very much. He is a wonderful member of the family. I can’t say he is the best behaved, but we are working on it. We are so grateful for all of your support. Andrea Sinkin / Greenwich CT
