Job details:
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate grooming services to optimize salon flow and customer satisfaction

Greet clients warmly, answer questions, and provide expert guidance on grooming options and pet care needs.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.

Hours required Monday-Friday 7am-3pm, One Saturday a month.

Requirements

Prior experience with animal handling, pet grooming, or kennel work is highly preferred
Knowledge of dog training, veterinary procedures, or veterinary technician experience is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the day
Passion for animals combined with a proactive attitude to ensure safety and comfort for every pet in our care.
