Stella welcomed a healthy baby girl on Friday 💕🦙 These photos were taken when she was only about an hour old, and she was already standing, walking, and nursing alongside mom 👏🥰

If you look closely, you’ll even spot a few adorable markings in her fleece! She gets that from her mom and dad. 🤎

In honor of that, we named her Spot Me If You Can (Spot/Spots for short), and we think it fits her perfectly!

Even better, she was able to get herself right back out! Capybaras are excellent swimmers, and many babies take to the water surprisingly quickly. Clementine seems to be a natural! 🧡

🐍 Buggin' Out at Majestic Meadows with K&L's Little Zoo Reptiles and Exotics
📅 Friday, June 12 | 1pm-4pm

Meet reptiles, amphibians, insects, and other amazing creatures during this educational, hands-on experience, included with your self-guided walking tour admission. During your visit, you’ll also have the opportunity to explore the farm and meet many of our other animal residents like alpacas, goats, mini pigs, mini donkeys, camels, kangaroos and more.

Clementine the capybara joined her very first Junior Farmer With A Twist session last Wednesday and it was a super great time for everyone! 🥹🍊💕

Our very first Junior Farmer group of the summer spent the morning learning about what it’s like to be a worker here at Majestic Meadows, meeting animals from all across the farm, helping with hands-on activities, and asking some great questions along the way!

From farm favorites to ambassador animals, children ages 6-12 have the opportunity to explore the many animals that call Majestic Meadows home while learning about their care, behaviors, enrichment, and unique personalities. Every session is a little different, but each one is filled with opportunities to learn, explore, and connect with animals in a meaningful way!

We’re excited to welcome another group of junior farmers this morning! 💚🐾

📅 Wednesdays throughout the summer (book for your preferred date) | 9:30am-12pm

Clementine was definitely making her feelings known during scratch time 🥹🍊💕 (Sound up!)

Capybaras are surprisingly vocal animals, and the little “purr” or “laser beam” sounds you hear in this video are just one of the many ways they can communicate. They can also communicate through a variety of chirps, whistles, squeaks, and even barks.
