How we spent Christmas

Mr Tubbs needs to find a new home to live. We are toooooooo busy for him. To many changes in pack structure on a daily basis. He lost his Human in a car accident last Oct. He is as far as we can figure 7/8 yrs old. He is a chocolate lab/pitbull mix. The last year has been hard on him. He has a sweet personality and after his morning walk, which he does on an extended leash. He is more than happy to be a couch potato. He is a dream on a leash. He gets on great with the cats. Is toy oriented and loves to carry the toys around. He would love to be a snuggle partner. Not a barky dog. I have not had him around children but do not feel their would be a problem. Dogs have three stages when they are in a new situation. Fight, flight or avoidance. In his new situations the past year he has been attacked more than a few times. He will not run/flight Which leaves two stages. He will try and avoid a fight. He does not start them. But if their is one he is hard to stop. He should not be around other dogs without a leash so the situation can be controlled or muzzled. Please share this and see if we can get Mr Tubbs in a new home.

When ever one of the puppies start to teeth here. Tiffany my 6yr old Cairnoodle pins them down and cleans their mouths. So funny. She does not care what their size is either
