Here is a collection of pictures of Chomsky over the years. He was a silver tabby with white. He went from kitten to butterball to very skinny as his kidneys stopped working so well. I have Chaplin, the little kitten in the last picture, today!

Chaplin’s eye is healed!! We got a clean bill of eye health on April 30, last Thursday, but the plan was to use a few more drops of his amniotic solution and keep the cone on just a few more days. Chaplin, you made it through! Bartonella, FIP and an eye ulcer, baby!!

Next vet check for Chaplin: tomorrow! He and I have both gotten used to the cone together. I can't believe how long he's been in one - off and on - but this is 2 weeks on and his cornea has a real chance to heal without him washing it. You can actually see his pupil as some of the scar tissue from his corneal ulcer fades.
