Have you got your new blue recycling bin? Please do not put your empties in it. The Hinton and District SPCA would love your empties to help pay for veterinary care for our animals. Pop cans, bottles, milk containers and juice boxes can be dropped off at the SPCA anytime in our Empties kennel on the right side of the parking lot or the kennel immediately next to it. They can also be dropped at the Rowan Street recycling station in the big blue metal container on the left as you pull in. They do not need to be sorted but please don’t overload the bags as most of our volunteers are seniors.

For a complete list of items that you can drop for bottle recycling please see the images below.

If you have any questions about the Hinton SPCA’s bottle recycling program please message or call Cathy Thomas at 780.817.1075. We are looking for volunteers to help with bottle recycling. If you are interested please call Cathy Thomas.
