Waggin' Train Dog Training Dog training in your home allows learning to occur where it really matters – in the environment you share with your dog on a daily basis.

I never use any "training" collars" because learning shouldn't hurt. Adding a dog to your home is a long-term commitment that can be challenging at times. Training can help you and your pet live happily together in a symbiotic and respectful environment. My understanding of canine behavior can help you interpret your dog’s behaviors. I’ll teach you how to reinforce good behavior, eliminate unwanted behavior so that you may strengthen the bond built on trust, respect and communication. Training is customized to your dog and situation. All breeds, sizes and ages are welcome. I use kind and gentle methods to teach manners; no choke collars, prong collars or shock collars are ever used. Training is based on 100% positive reinforcement. My goal is to keep dogs out of shelters by creating mutual respect and harmonious living between pets and their people. Appointments are available seven days a week. Hours are flexible to meet your schedule. Serving all of Southern NJ including Atlantic County, Burlington County, Camden County, Gloucester County, and Ocean County.

This spunky fella is Pepper, an eight month old lab/border collie mix. And with that mix you can guess his energy level and you'd be right! Pepper is working hard at his training and so is his family.

Whew! I am so far behind in life! I never posted this sweet girl, Roxy. I worked with her in late summer when she was about six months old. We all thought she was a lab/hound mix, and boy was everyone surprised when her DNA came back as Rottweiler, Australian Cattle Dog, and Cocker Spaniel!

This handsome hunk is Jax. He's a nine month old lab mix with a gorgeous black coat that has chestnut color running through it. He's so sweet, yet so spicy just like a lab should be! When we first started together he was about half this size. Good luck to Jax who goes in for neuter surgery next week!

Meet Maverick! Maverick is a 1.5 year old Cockapoo that I have been working with. He is smart as a whip and sweet as sugar, and I love his coloring.

This is Ben, the Lab, on the first day we met. That was August 5 and he was 4 four months old. We had a few weeks together but then unforeseen circumstances happened for both Ben's family and mine so we had to put training on hold. I will be seeing him again tomorrow which will be the first time since August 26 almost exactly one month ago. Let's see the changes one month will have with this handsome guy. I'll post his current pic after tomorrow's session.

Another hockey themed dog's name has arrived! This is Bauer and he is a 1.5 year old pit adopted from Philly's ACCT. If you are familiar with ACCT, they are ALWAYS overflowing with dogs and sometimes tough choices have to be made. 😢 Bauer exemplifies what pitbulls are: silly, smart, gorgeous, snuggly, and happy. I just wish more people would give them a chance.
