To celebrate the upcoming holidays we will be closed on Thursday, December 23 between the hours of 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. We will also be closed all day on Monday, December 27th and Monday, January 3. Happy holidays from all of us! Thank you for all the love and support you've given us this year.

Due to a significant increase in the community spread of COVID-19, we will be returning to curbside service. Please, do not enter the clinic. Additionally, we are asking that calls are only made for sick animals, new puppy/kitten exams, and critical medications at this time. Starting the week of March 29th we will not be open on Fridays. We will be open Monday through Thursday from 8:30AM to 5:30PM. This is a temporary change. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

As restaurants and movie theaters open up, we are sure many of you are wondering about veterinary offices. The guidelines given to us by the Oregon Health Authority, OSHA, and our medical examining board have not changed. We are continuing with curbside service and appreciate your patience.

If you are a client at Phoenix Animal Hospital or the Talent Best Friends with an ill animal or you have found an ill or hurt animal, we will see you.

We ask that you don't call our clinic to schedule routine appointments at this time. Please call to schedule appointments for ill pets, puppy and rabies vaccines, and to refill critical medications (steroids, heart medications, etc.)

We will be open Monday, September 14th, with regular business hours. We anticipate a very high call volume this week. If you had an appointment cancelled last week we will contact you to reschedule.

To leave space on the schedule for urgently ill animals and fire victims we ask that you don't call the clinic for routine appointments. Please do not hesitate to contact us to schedule puppy vaccines, rabies vaccines, and to refill critical medications.

As always, call us from the parking lot to check in and please make sure to bring a mask.
