🛁🫧 We are looking for BATH TOWEL ONLY donations from our wonderful clients!

We've been incredibly grateful for the generous number of blankets donated, but we are now asking for bath towels ONLY, as these are what we're most in need of at the moment.

🚨 IMPORTANT HOSPITAL UPDATE 🚨

We are currently experiencing complications following a major server split, which has temporarily impacted our computer and phone systems.

While our team works to get everything back up and running, we will be turning our phone lines off temporarily so we can focus on resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through these unexpected technical difficulties. ❤️🐾

Upcoming Hours & Technology Update

We’ll be making some important technology updates on August 17th and 18th. To help the transition go as smoothly as possible for both our clients and team, we will have shortened hours on both days: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM.

During these two days, we will not be able to schedule future appointments, but we will still be able to schedule same-day appointments as availability allows. If you need to schedule an appointment for a future date, please give us a call before August 17th or after August 18th.

💊 Please also take a moment to check your pet’s medication bottles! We will have limited access to processing medication refills on August 17th and 18th. If your pet will need a refill around this time, we encourage you to contact us before the 17th so we can make sure they have what they need.
