I had to let my sweet girl, Leia, cross the rainbow bridge Thursday. It was such a difficult decision to make, but I know she was telling me it was time. She truly was my heart dog and had been with me for almost 16 years since I was 20 and first started living on my own. I adopted her from a shelter where they had found her running down Hull St Rd. She never left my side since that day I adopted her and was SUCH a good dog. I can't believe how lucky I was. The days and nights are so difficult without her. I swear I'd take years off my own life to have more time with her. I was looking through my photos and found one I took at my old shop location and I just thought it was so fitting that I had to share it. My thoughts are with everyone who has lost a beloved pet. I wish they could live forever ❤❤❤
