Mobility Monday features Miss Mina! 🐾

Mina has been visiting our office for routine physical therapy sessions with CVT Ami to help improve strength, mobility, and comfort in her hind leg.

🦴 In this video, you’ll see Mina working through different obstacle exercises, along with laser therapy. These exercises help promote even weight distribution, build strength and muscle, improve balance, and support overall comfort.

🦴 We make each PT session as fun and rewarding as possible! Treats, encouragement, and coaching to help our patients work through each exercise, with modifications made when needed.

🦴 Every physical therapy plan is customized to each patient’s individual needs and goals. We’re proud to support Mina on her journey to improved mobility! 💙

🐾 October is National Pet Wellness Month! 🐾

Wellness care is about more than making sure your pet is feeling well today—it’s about helping them stay healthy, comfortable, and happy for years to come. ❤️

Regular wellness visits give our veterinary team an opportunity to check in on the things that can sometimes go unnoticed, including:

🩺 Overall health and age-appropriate screenings
🦷 Dental health
⚖️ Weight and nutrition
💉 Vaccinations and preventive care
🪱 Parasite prevention
🧪 Routine bloodwork when recommended
🐾 Mobility, behavior, and quality of life

Pets can be experts at hiding subtle changes, which is why routine wellness care is so important. A little prevention and early detection can make a big difference in your pet’s health and well-being.

This October, give your pet’s wellness a little extra attention. Because helping them feel their best is one of the best ways we can care for the companions who mean so much to us. 🐶🐱💙

🐾 Look at this handsome boy! 🐾

Twig was recently in to see Dr. Onstott for his Suprelorin implant! Suprelorin is a once-yearly, subcutaneous implant that assists in the management of adrenal disease in ferrets 💙

Twig was comfortably sedated for his implant placement and spent some time relaxing with our Technician, Liz, while he was here. He was such a sweet boy and, of course, we couldn’t resist getting a picture of these adorable ears! 🥰

It’s always a pleasure seeing you, Twig! 🐶💙
