Save the date and mark your calendars for Saturday, March 28, 2026 from 11am-2pm! Forever Home Farm Sanctuary is doing our annual Easter Holiday event on the farm! “Photos on the farm” with the Easter Bunny, a bake sale with homemade goods and more of that homemade fresh bread (limited quantities) you guys go crazy for at our holiday events plus a cookout with Impossible Burgers and several other delicious foods! We will have tables and chairs set up to eat onsite or feel free to take it to go! Bring yourselves, your families, kids, grandkids and/or (leashed and well behaved) pets out to the farm to meet our animals and have photos taken. Have your photo made with the Easter Bunny and/or any of our rescues! There will be delicious homemade baked goods and homemade bread made right here on the farm! And YES, they are the most delicious vegan items you’ve ever tasted. Water, soda and other beverages will be available. There is no charge for this event but donations are greatly and gratefully appreciated! We currently sit about $8,000 short for our overall spring/summer funding needs! We know that sounds like a lot but it’s a drop in the bucket for what we actually spend ourselves out of our own pocket, our own paycheck. We hope to see all your wonderful faces again! Watching your babies grow old is one of the most rewarding, but also one of the most difficult, things in life. I am grateful for every day with all of our babies. I’m especially grateful for each day with Sammy and Lacey. Sammy will be 17 (SEVENTEEN!) in eight days and Lacey turned 14 last December. Both have congestive heart failure, mobility issues, both have gone deaf and Lacey can’t see much anymore. But both are still so happy each day. I often wonder if they know, like I know, that they are aging and won’t be here forever. Or do they just live each day in a beautiful bliss of just existing? I am forever grateful to have the privilege of being Dad to so many beautiful babies, past and present.

Looking for a new propane supplier. Just got royally screwed over by Koppys, who we’ve had for years. Looking for recommendations for a new supplier. Will need one 500 gallon tank and two 120 gallon tanks. Existing lines for our RV, our garage office and for the oven in the house. Need and have been waiting on additional lines to be installed for a freestanding propane fireplace and two new wall hung heaters. Ideally the new propane supplier would do this additional work that Koppys has not completed since 2024. Koppy's Propane

Just a reminder! We know Christmas has just passed, but please don’t forget Forever Home Farm Sanctuary at 551 Saw Mill Rd, 17055 is accepting live Christmas trees for the goats and sheep living in permanent sanctuary care to enjoy. They must be free of tinsel, flocking, decor etc as that will harm the animals. Trees can be left at the gate. Thank you!!

Happy holidays, friends! Although they have already been thanked in person, here’s a special shoutout to a couple of our neighbors who generously donated hundreds of dollars to the animals for Christmas. You know who you are and thank you, again, so very much!
Food alone for the animals is over $800 per month, not including hay which is an additional $24 per day. These generous gifts go a long way in helping to make sure everyone is safe, fed, warm and cared for.
If you are looking to make an end of year impact, there’s still time! We gratefully accept tax deductible donations year round. It’s also a lovely way to honor someone, living or in memory of, that loves/loved animals and their well being.

Forever Home Farm Sanctuary would like to sponsor a family for Christmas this year and continue this annually. Please send us a private message if YOU ARE LOCAL and would like to nominate a LOCAL family in need. Please do not message us seeking assistance as we are unable to assist just anyone and there are too many scammers. We will choose one local family nominated by our local community. Let’s set a date, sometime the first week in December, to finalize. This would include gifts for the children and the family’s holiday meal. Please nominate families and also please contribute if you can. Our funds are limited but as a community we can make a powerful impact.
