It has officially been three years since I opened the doors to Howls Pets, and looking at these photos of my very first client, Kramer, brings it all back. I was still a stranger to him, yet he felt comfortable enough to fall fast asleep right there with me. That single moment of absolute trust was when I knew taking the leap, leaving my previous job, and starting this grooming journey was the right decision.
From those early days working hard inside my house to building a brand-new salon space outside, every step of this journey has been a labor of love. Creating a dedicated salon gave us the space and quiet privacy our pets deserve to feel calm, safe, and truly pampered.
To everyone who has trusted me with their pets along the way—thank you. The outpouring of support over these last three years means everything to me. We have experienced an unbelievable amount of growth, especially over this past year, and none of it would be possible without this amazing community. Here’s to many more years, more peaceful naps, and endless happy tails! 🐾🫶🐾
