It is with a heavy heart that I must announce the official closing of Noah’s Haven.

Over this last year I have found myself in a financial hardship with the rescue all while trying to finalize my divorce.

The rescue accumulated 13k in debt that I could not find a way out of and ultimately I am responsible for paying off on my own. I don’t think anyone really understands the financial burden of rescue if you’re doing it correctly. There’s no magical money tree that pays for all of the things these dogs needed while in our care. From surgeries, to routine vetting, food, housing etc.

I know with everything in me that I have made Noah proud.
249 dogs saved from euthanasia/owner surrender and all of them in homes of their own.

Thank you to everyone who supported me on this journey. I couldn’t have kept things going as long as I did without you.

I can’t say thank you enough for the unwavering support and love through this. I have created a go fund me:

Voting is open through the end of the month! Thank you for your support!

We’re honored to be nominated for First Federal’s community funding, and we would be so grateful for your vote. For a tiny, 100% self-funded rescue like Noah’s Haven, support like this truly makes a difference in our ability to continue saving dogs in need.

Voting costs First Federal customers nothing, but it means everything to us and the dogs we care for. Thank you for taking a moment to support our rescue and help us keep going.
