Our puppies potty on the grass and sleep inside on a dog bed. Good potty habits are incredibly important to us. In addition, our puppies are crate trained. We believe that a well stimulated and disciplined upbringing creates a well behaved adult.

Meet Bear
4-year-old F1 Newfoundland Poodle (94 lbs), neutered, up to date on shots. Loyal, affectionate, and loves being with his people. House and crate-trained, medium energy with playful moments.

Great with adults and enjoys other dogs, but can be nervous with new people and isn’t a fit for homes with kids. Protective and will bark, but warms up once comfortable.

Best home: Quiet, adult-only home with a yard and people around often.

Bear is a beautiful, devoted dog who will thrive in the right home.

Black hair is the shiniest and silkiest of all the coat types. This coat on this sweet gentle girl is silky smooth to touch. Her black hair shines so pretty with the sun hits it just right.

This girl, Ebony, is quiet, gentle, easy, easy. She is 3 months old, outstanding on only potty outside, crate trained and well socialized. She is suited to a home where they need an easy and agreeable dog who self entertains well. She isn’t the least bit clingy or whiny.

Ebony will grow to be around 15-20 lbs max as an adult. She has a non-shed coat

Ebony is on a discounted price because black dogs are often passed by for other colors. We find that to be such a shame because the black coat is so stunning in person.

The “stats”. Ebony’s parents are diligently genetic disese tested so she can’t inherit a wide assortment of issues. She is DNA cleared of over 200 conditions. Her parents are OFA certified for hips, elbows, knees, heart, eyes. They both come from lines of OFA & DNA testing.

We DNA test and OFA health test our parent dogs to help ensure they are healthy and to reduce the risk of inherited disease in our puppies. Many of our dogs have achieved OFA CHIC certification, meaning all recommended breed specific health screenings have been completed. This is one of the best ways to support long term health and soundness in the puppies we raise.

The dogs pictured are parents and grandparents of puppies we produce. Our two focus group types here at Safari Doodles are Cavapoo and Goldendoodle. We produce first and second generation blends as our main varieties. We believe that genetic diversity is the smart way to go for healthy offspring.

Want a non-shed Doodle that stays 10-20 lbs and is super duper loving? Our Cavapoos fit the bill. Part Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and part mini Poodle. We get diligent testing done on the parents to make sure they have healthy Hearts, Eyes, Hips, Knees and DNA disese testing. It is important that we make every effort possible to create healthy long lived dogs.
