FYI-
If you haven’t had your dog groomed in several months and it is bad condition we will be shaving your dog.
We will not be brushing out pelted coats and saying you will find another groomer or leave a review will not change our mind.
2 times a year we see the worst matting and that is during the holidays and spring.
Our groomers work hard, love your dogs and only do what is best for them.
Be kind!
Be reasonable!
We will do the same.
