Nestled along the beautiful North Coast of California among the redwoods, McKinleyville Animal Care Center is proud to be a locally women-owned, non-corporate veterinary hospital dedicated to the pets and people of our community.​ We also provide boarding services, and as boarding is part of the hospital, our doctors are always available to care for your pet. We offer routine surgery and dental se

rvices as well as specialized procedures such as joint taps, exploratory surgeries and ultrasound guided biopsies.

Starting September 1st, our new hours are:

Monday: 8 AM – 5 PM
Tuesday: 8 AM – 8 PM
Wednesday: 8 AM – 5 PM
Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM
Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM
Saturday: 9 AM – 4 PM
Sunday: CLOSED

💉 VACCINE CLINIC — NEW DAYS & TIMES!

Our walk-in vaccine clinic is now available:

🐶 Thursdays | 12 PM – 1 PM
🐱 Saturdays | 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM

Please note: The vaccine clinic is for vaccines only. Other services, including viral testing and heartworm testing, are not available during vaccine clinic hours.
