At this cage-free rescue in Illinois, cats lounge on shelves and nap in sunny corners with no bars in sight, just room to heal while they wait for the right family.

We remember all the first responders, the brave women and men in the planes and on the ground. We also remember the animals that searched the debris and the ones that offered comfort to the victims and first responders.

Today on the anniversary of 9/11, we remember those who were lost and their legacies that live on...including the canine heroes at Ground Zero, their handlers and veterinary teams.

We hope to see you there! Last chance to buy tickets

🚨DON'T MISS OUT! 🚨 LAST CHANCE FOR SILVER PAWS TIX!

If you’ve been thinking about joining us for our Silver Paws Gala, this is your final call to get your tickets.

Meet Dusty, an 8-year-old pup in Young at Heart’s care, currently undergoing heartworm treatment. It’s not the easiest road, but getting him through it means giving Dusty the best possible chance to enjoy his golden years with the comfort, care, and love he deserves.

That’s what Silver Paws is all about.

And this year’s gala will be especially meaningful because it will be our last Silver Paws Gala for a while. We’re pressing pause after this year to explore other ways to put our resources toward making an even greater impact for senior pets.

So come raise a glass, celebrate these incredible old souls, and help us make more second chances possible.

🎟️ Get yours now at srpets.co/silverpaws26. Ticket sales close TONIGHT. ✨
