Today we received a message off a farm hand who cleans down barns when poultry have gone to be slaughtered to tell us he'd found a little one that had been left behind.
Over 1.1 billion broiler chickens are reared and slaughtered for meat in the UK every year. At any given time, roughly 126 million meat chickens are active in the farming system, with around 95% housed in intensive factory-farming units.
We never ever say no.
