League City Pets Alive Celebrating 18 years of Advocacy and Action for the animals of League City to continue to be no kill

We save dogs and cats other shelters might euthanize for lack of funds. League City Pets Alive funds most of the non-emergency veterinary care the League City Animal Shelter animals receive. Heartworm treatment/prevention, diagnostic testing, medications, medical supplies, flea prevention, food and formula for fostering fragile puppies and kittens. We accomplish this by being a non profit, having tireless supporters, and an incredibly generous Facebook community. In 12 years we have forged many partnerships and coalitions. We are Adoption Partners with PetSmart, PETCO, and Pet Supplies Plus, in five stores throughout League City and Clear Lake. We have adoptable cats at these stores and are always looking for additional volunteers. When a dog or cat catch the attention of a person willing to spearhead a fundraiser you will see an article on Facebook and Cuddly.com. They have raised thousands of dollars to treat the animal's condition enabling the dog or cat be adopted and live a long, pain free life.

Kitten Kole is black and fuzzy. He is all black with the exception of his brown toe fuzz 😊. You can see the long guard hairs in his coat coming in. This is a kitten who will just become more beautiful as he grows. He seemed more interested in playing independently, but still very friendly with all of his neighbors. Three and a half month-old Kole loves to meet new people, so give him the chance to meet you! Go to www.leaguecitypetsalive.org/adopt and fill out a no-obligation adoption application. An adoption counselor will be in touch with you to answer any questions and set up a meet and greet!

Hope burst through the back door of her condo when it was playtime a bit like a July 4th firecracker!🎆 She was ready to get out ASAP and join the kittens already out and playing. She has quite the shrill 'meow' when she is in immediate need of your attention, 😄as in 'let me out now!' This girl loves toys and had a blast with the little bit of freedom she had. Hope's coat has orange/brown coloring popping through her tabby stripes. That makes her a torbie, with someone in her family tree being a tortoiseshell. Hope is small, but is perfectly willing to go paw to paw with her bigger, high spirited tortoiseshell sister, Faith. Come see her. Her energy and vivacious personality will make you smile😊. Go to www.leaguecitypetsalive.org/adopt and fill out a no-obligation adoption application. An adoption counselor will be in touch with you to answer any questions and set up a meet and greet!

Faith is an absolutely stunning tortoiseshell. She is very close to being a split faced torti, with one half of her face orange and the other half black. Not too common. The four month-old may be small, but she is mighty. Don't let her size fool you. She will zip, zoom and try to make her escape in the blink of an eye. Her energy is boundless and infectious. She gets the party started with her littermates by zooming around the room until they join in! Looking for a boisterous, high-spirited, extrovert kitten? Then you need to see Faith! She's back to bunking with her brother, Snickers, and getting into the swing of condo life (but hopefully not for long!!) She's grown so much in 2 weeks.🥹. Come meet this congenial kitten! Go to www.leaguecitypetsalive.org/adopt and fill out a no-obligation adoption application. An adoption counselor will be in touch with you to answer any questions and set up a meet and greet! 🐈‍⬛
