🚧 Traffic Alert for Our Clients 🚧

Please be aware that the intersection of 96th Street and Cyntheanne Road is currently fully closed for roundabout construction. The closure is expected to remain in place through the first week of August, with traffic being rerouted via posted detours.

If you have an upcoming appointment, we kindly ask that you plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and check for alternate routes before leaving home. We want to make sure you and your pets arrive safely and on time for your visit!

Does your pet require firework or other noise anxiety medications? Please give us a call NOW to request a refill. An overwhelming amount of patients require these prescriptions, so getting your requests in early will ensure that you are prepared this firework and thunderstorm season! We ask for 24-48 hours to complete your refill requests. We want all our of our clients and patients to have a smooth and relaxing summer!

Just a heads up that our clinic will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day 🇺🇸

‼️PetDesk Announcement‼️

We wanted to make our clients aware of a temporary issue affecting the PetDesk app. Following a recent update, PetDesk is currently experiencing syncing issues with our veterinary software system.

Because of this, some clients may notice unusual changes in the app, such as pets appearing “inactive”, or being temporarily unable to view records/medications through PetDesk. Please do not panic, your pets are still active on our end, and your information has not been lost!

PetDesk is actively working to resolve the issue, and many cases should correct themselves within 24–48 hours. There is no need to manually re-add your pets or create duplicate profiles at this time.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while this issue is being resolved!
