At Pinnacle K9 we create a fun and positive learning environment that creates an empowering effect on all breeds and for all ages.

Our slogan is more than that, it is a promise, PROFESSIONAL DOG TRAINING WITH A PERSONAL TOUCH! At Pinnacle K9 we create a fun, positive, learning environment that encourages even the youngest members of your family to participate in training your dog. Building a strong, lasting, bond with your dog requires more than a lot of love and playtime; it requires patience, understanding and leadership. We offer you the tools and positive training techniques needed to encourage trust and obedience from your dog. With our private and group classes, we show you how to read your dog’s body language and calming signals. By helping you to communicate with your dog, our goal is to prevent the kinds of behavioral issues that end with dogs being re-homed or sent to shelters. We want to ensure that your home is their forever home.

Congratulations to K9 Rocky on successfully completing Pinnacle K9's 9-Week Wellness Ambassador Development Program.

Over the past nine weeks, Rocky learned obedience, impulse control, emotional regulation, and the social skills needed to become a confident and respectful companion.

His next chapter begins at Pillar Mental Health in Laredo, where his calm presence, gentle nature, and puppy charm will help brighten the days of those he meets.

Good luck, Rocky. We're proud of you, buddy. 🐾

Owning a powerful breed is fun… until poor leash manners become a problem.

Teaching proper leash behavior starts early in puppyhood. This applies to all breeds, but it becomes especially important with strong, powerful dogs.

A well-trained dog is not just easier to handle, it’s safer, more confident, and more enjoyable to live with.
