Victorian Hills We are a small hobby farm located near Mayslick, Kentucky. We have been raising chickens & rabbits since 2014. In 2018 we welcomed a couple cattle and a horse.

We are located in Sardis, KY (Mason Co.). We currently raise: Lionhead Rabbits: Show, brood, and pet qualities. Lionhead Varieties in our barn: Shaded, Self, Broken, and Vienna. Emphasis on the chocolate variety. New Zeland and NZ mix: for meat or pet. Varieties: Self, Broken, an

d Agouti. Beagles: We raise pups twice a year. They are mainly as pets but with the right training and obedience they can hunt. All our stock comes from hunting background. Chickens: Wyandottes in three colors Blue Laced, Golden Laced, and Silver Laced. We can hatch chicks and will sell eggs.

It has been time well spent on the farm this week. My vacation was spent playing musical chairs with chickens. 😆 Story of my life! But as I was going through them I have decided to down size my Cochin Bantams. I have a millie fleur roo and 3 hens that go with him.
Alot of roosters have been hatched this year on the farm. I would like to give them a chance to find their new coop before they find the freezer. Unfortunately, I will not be able to do pairs unless I post that I can.

Mother: Maran, ISA Brown mix?, or Olive egger.

1 ISA Brown mix? Hen. She is currently with 3 babies but she is starting to lay a nice brown egg again.

Also we have white New Zealand rabbits UFD. 9 wks.

I have had a chick blow up this year! Between the planned shipped chicks, shipped hatching eggs, & incubating my BLRW eggs to the unplanned broody hens hatching babies I have around 80 babies...🫢🫣😲
There is absolutely no way I can keep them all especially when I already have about 20 to 30 adults. But I am adding new breeds/varieties this year so I guess more is less in the long run. 😜🤣

So I have 15 to 20 mixed chicks that need to leave my feed bill. In the near future I will have Blue Laced Red Wyandottes, Jubilee Orpingtons, & Chocolate Silver Laced Orpingtons.

Here is an updated video of the BLR Wyandottes. Finally, got them turned out in their growout pen. Several males to choose from by the looks of them.
