Yesterday was Jolene’s 2nd ride in a year. She’s coming along nicely. She’s only 3 with less than 20 rides total and 15 of those were a year ago. She is going to be a special one!

Today was a monumental day for Whiskey. I moved her into the hackamore to put my snaffle work to the test. Take a look for yourself. She did fantastic, however we still have some work to do. So I’m doing what a horseman should do, I’ll bump her back into the snaffle to clean some things up and try again in the near future. Only doing what is best for my horse.

Today was the fist day in almost a year since we’ve saddled up Jolene. She had approximately 10 rides on her last spring before we decided she needed some time to mentally mature. We continued with her ground work and now she’s back under saddle. So keep your eyes on this one. She will be for sale once she’s well on her way. She’s got a great mind and she’s a looker! Stay tuned for her journey.

I would like to thank everyone for coming out on Saturday to watch Dakota’s c**t starting! What a great day it was. The Lord blessed us with nearly perfect weather and kept everyone safe and provided me with the teaching moments and the knowledge to pass on educating as we navigated through the c**t starting and trailer loading. And a special thank you to Brianna Elizabeth for the great photos from the day! Thank you all once again! I hope to see you all again on June 20th for another educational clinic! We still have some spots to get into the clinic with your horse. Contact us to register. There will be plenty of room for auditors also.
