Week 5 of 6 in Basic Obedience! 🐾❤️

This week, we’re practicing our place command and working on building calm, focused dogs even with other dogs and distractions around!

I’m so proud of the hard work these pups and their people have put in over the last five weeks. Watching their progress and seeing those skills come together is so rewarding!

Our local animal shelter is currently at capacity, and they need our community to step up.

For those of you who have been following along on Pluto’s journey, you’ve gotten to watch this little guy grow, learn, explore, and become such an incredible young dog. 🥹🐾
And now, Pluto’s next chapter has officially begun!
He has officially gone home to spend some time bonding, growing up, and building that special relationship with his girl. ❤️
From all of his adventures, learning how to settle in new places, practicing his manners in the real world, and working through all those little puppy moments, he has come such a long way.
I’m incredibly proud of the progress he has made, but even more excited to see who he continues to become. This isn’t the end of his journey… it’s just a new chapter. 🐾
I’ll still be following along, cheering him on, and of course, I’m sure you’ll be seeing plenty more of Pluto’s adventures here!
Go be a good boy, Pluto. You’ve got a whole lot of growing, learning, and loving ahead of you. ❤️🐕

I am SO proud of these dogs and their handlers! 🥹❤️

Watching them learn, grow, and gain confidence each week has been so rewarding. Every dog is different, and seeing each one make progress in their own way is exactly why I love teaching these classes.

They’ve been working hard, and it shows! 🐾👏

🐾 The Adventures of Pluto 🐾

One of the most important things we can teach a dog is how to simply settle and exist in different environments.

Pluto has been putting that skill to work everywhere—from the gym and Sam’s Club, to the eye doctor and even the movies! 🎬🐶

Not every outing needs to be exciting. Sometimes the job is just to relax, hang out, and ignore everything happening around you. Learning to settle in new places helps dogs become more adaptable, confident, and comfortable in the real world.

Pluto may be on an adventure, but sometimes his biggest job is doing absolutely nothing. 😂❤️

✨ Zoe’s 6-Lesson Transformation! ✨

When Zoe started her private lessons, she was incredibly unconfident and highly reactive. She struggled to go anywhere and reacted to just about everything people, sounds, her surroundings, and especially other dogs.

Over the course of 6 lessons, she has made SO much progress! 🥹❤️

Now, Zoe can confidently go for walks, walk without pulling, and most importantly, go out into the world without reacting to everything around her.

Watching her confidence grow and seeing her learn that she can handle these situations has been incredible. Her pawrents put in the work, and Zoe showed up ready to learn every step of the way! 🐾

I’m so proud of this girl and her family! Congratulations on completing your 6 lessons, Zoe! 🎓🐶❤️
