Hi everyone. I am so sorry for not always being responsive. I have been riding the pity party wagon, which is total crap and a bad excuse for a business owner. I am just so frustrated. Rudig Jensen has a phenomenonal service department. They have been very thorough and attentive through this issue. So, shout out to them. That is not sarcasm, I highly recommend them and appreciate them. They think they have traced the issue and will be able to provide a more informed update Monday. Fingers crossed. I hate RAM trucks right now, but that's just a personal vendetta for the anguish this truck has caused over the past year and a half.

Hi everyone. The dealership fixed the issue they found but it didn't fix the problem. Battery is still draining and vehicle won't run. They are starting over at square one with diagnosing. It has been 2 weeks now without a working vehicle. I really hope I can have it back by next week. This really sucks. I am so sorry for this.

Good morning. The dealership is working on my truck today. They will have an update by the end of the day or tomorrow morning. This is taking forever. Can't wait ti return to work as I am running out if things to do around the house. Today I will spring clean my kitchen and I guess I'll paint the walls. I've only been thinking of painting them for 10 years now. No better time than today!😁

Hi Everyone. My truck has been in the shop for repair work. It had a battery drain issue and a few other complicating issues and was not running. I'm so glad I bought a brand new truck a year and a half ago for the purpose of reliable transportation! 🤣 The parts arrived today and I am expecting to have my truck back at the close of day today. I will be moving all my appts back a week so that I can get all my missed appts scheduled next week and get caught back up. I am so truly sorry for this. After a very difficult winter I now had to deal with this. I truly appreciate all of you and am once again asking for your patience and understanding, and just know that I will be getting everyone in my schedule, clean, pampered and beautiful as soon as possible.

Good morning everyone. The weather is finally being cooperative again. I am working on figuring out who needs to be scheduled. I am going to prioritize according to who is the most overdue. I will be working Mondays all month so long as the weather holds out. I will be connecting to everyone. If you need an appointment and you don't hear from me by Monday please text me. I am trying not to miss anyone. Between Early December, Christmas, poor January weather, salon maintenance from the cold, and mild illness I have barely worked these past two months and I am looking forward to getting back on track. Thank you everyone for being awesome and understanding. Every winter we go through this. I hate it. It doesn't make for a good business practice and I feel like a crap heel. I truly have the best customers and I love the pups. Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone.

As you all know, winter grooming is challenging considering I am working in a trailer with water. Last night the breaker tripped. I reset it this morning. When my salon began heating up I found that my tub faucet sprung a leak. Water was spraying everywhere. I am working on thawing and cleaning. I have been having a very rough start this month. I will be once again rearranging some appts. I know everyone is so late and I am very behind schedule. I am so sorry. I ask that you all hang in there with me. I promise I am working on getting everyone scheduled as quickly as possible.

Hi everyone. Winter is off to an interesting start. I had a power issue in my salon that took all last week to fix. Then, we spent the better part of the day on Friday in the ER with my son and missed Saturday as well. I am a bit behind now. We will be having some follow up appts and the weather looks like we will be having some cold days. I am going to do my very best to get everyone scheduled in a timely manner. I just rearranged my calendar and now have to do so again. I am asking for everyone's patience and understanding. It seems like winter always has to start with a bang!

My precious grandpa passed away this a.m. I will miss him so very much. I am so fortunate to have had such a phenomenal, influential man in my life and I will cherish my memories for the rest of it.

My Grandpa was moved into hospice care and is passing away. The family is expecting him to pass within the next couple days. This is bittersweet. I love that man and he has been a major influence and part of my life for 45 years, but he is 97 and is tired and ready to go. I share this because my calendar is entirely booked through the end of the year so I am expecting to do some appointment shuffling to accommodate travel and funeral. He is in Upper MI. You are all so wonderful and understanding with me rearranging appointments and I just really love, respect, and appreciate all of you so much. Thank you for being so much more than just customers.
