Hi everyone. I am so sorry for not always being responsive. I have been riding the pity party wagon, which is total crap and a bad excuse for a business owner. I am just so frustrated. Rudig Jensen has a phenomenonal service department. They have been very thorough and attentive through this issue. So, shout out to them. That is not sarcasm, I highly recommend them and appreciate them. They think they have traced the issue and will be able to provide a more informed update Monday. Fingers crossed. I hate RAM trucks right now, but that's just a personal vendetta for the anguish this truck has caused over the past year and a half.
