We had a successful trip to Del Rio to work a spay and neuter clinic with Animal Advocacy & Rescue Coalition. They are providing a much needed service for their community with a lot of love and compassion.

🎆🇺🇸 Fireworks may be fun for us—but they can be frightening for our pets. 🇺🇸🎆

As you celebrate Independence Day, take a few minutes to help your four-legged family members have a safe and less stressful holiday.

🐾 If your pet has prescribed anxiety or sedative medication, give it before the fireworks begin. These medications work best when they’re already in your pet’s system—not after they’re scared.

Here are a few more ways to keep your pets safe:
🗽Keep pets indoors in a secure, familiar space.
🗽 Turn on a TV, fan, or calming music to help mask loud noises.
🗽 Make sure collars, ID tags, and microchip information are up to date.
🗽 Keep doors and gates closed, as frightened pets are more likely to bolt.
🗽Never bring anxious pets to fireworks displays.
🗽 If your pet is outside with you during the day, remember that pavement can become hot enough to burn their paw pads. Walk them on grass when possible, limit time on asphalt and concrete, and if the pavement is too hot for the back of your hand for 7 seconds, it’s too hot for their paws.

Today we celebrate 250 years of American independence and give thanks for the many blessings we enjoy as a nation.

At The Honest Vets, we’re grateful for the freedom to serve our community, care for God’s creatures, and live out our mission of Serving with Integrity. Rooted in Faith.

As we gather with family and friends, we remember those who have courageously defended our nation’s freedoms. Their sacrifice has made this anniversary possible, and we are deeply thankful for their service.

We also pray for God’s continued blessing over our country, our community, and the families we have the privilege of serving each day.

As you celebrate today, don’t forget your four-legged family members:
🇺🇸 Keep pets safely indoors during fireworks.

🇺🇸 Give anxious pets a quiet, comfortable place to relax.

We are so proud of our Punchers and Cowgirls for making it to State 🥎⚾️ We will be praying for safe travels and a memorable experience! 💜

For the first time in Mason Youth Baseball & Softball history… THREE All-Star teams are headed to the State Tournament! 💜⚾🥎

Our 10U Baseball, 12U Baseball, and 10U Softball teams have worked incredibly hard for this opportunity, and now they get to represent Mason on the biggest stage.

As they prepare to leave for Longview this Thursday, July 2, we’re asking our amazing community to help send them off with the support they deserve.

💜 Donations can be made at Mason Bank, and every dollar will help these athletes and their families with the expenses of making the trip to State.

If you would like your donation to go toward a specific team or player, please contact that team’s coach or the player’s parent directly.

This community has always shown up for our kids, and we know you’ll do it again. Let’s rally behind all three teams and show them what Mason Strong is all about!
