Good Saturday morning, farm fam 🐂🌅☕️

Hoping that everyone is having a relaxing Saturday so far!

We're taking the weekend off to rest before the busy fall Cuddle season starts. But that doesn't mean that we're not doing farm stuff! I have my freshie, pen and keychain stash with me at the campgrounds to work on so I can stock Luna’s Cow Cuddle Corner with all of the cute fall swag! New t-shirts, coffee cups and tote bags are arriving this week ☕️👕🛍

🐂🔥 Apparently there’s BEEF at the fence… literally. 😂

Leonard and Willie decided it was time to have a little man-to-man conversation today. And by “conversation,” we mean standing on opposite sides of the fence, growling at each other like two old men arguing over a property line. 🤣

Willie: “You got something to say, kid?”
Leonard: “Yeah. Come over here and I’ll repeat it.” 😏

The snorts were snorting.
The growls were growling.
The testosterone was TESTOSTERONING. 😂🐂💪

Meanwhile, the fence: “I do not get paid enough for this.” 😳

Just Leonard reminding everyone that underneath those fluffy bangs and adorable face is a teenage bull who has officially entered his FAFO era. 🤎😂

Good morning farm fam☕️🌅🐂

Our dear friend Dawn is one of our favorite VIP guests and one of Luna's biggest fans! Luna and Leonard are always happy to see her and her mom Beverly walk through those barn doors!

This time, Dawn came with a surprise for me...an adorable Highland dish that she made. Is it not the cutest thing ever? And the message on the back just reinforces why we do what we do. It makes my heart so happy knowing that we make our guests happy. One of the perks is making life-long friends and having a community that loves Luna, Leonard and the farm 🥹💗

So thank you, Dawn, for the beautiful gift ( I will cherish it forever)and for just being you 🥰

I know that many of our guests will ask why Willie has this thing on his face...🩵🐂

It's a fly mask. Willie has a scratch on his eye (probably from a w**d in the pasture) that is being treated with eye meds. This fly mask prevents bugs, extreme sunlight and other w**ds from bothering his eye while it heals.

👀YES he can see through it
🚫NO it doesn't hurt him (with the exception of his pride
🤬YES he is BIG MAD about it

He was actually pretty good when we put it on.

Happy Wednesday!

This photo is a little throwback to four years ago when we did a mini photo shoot for our granddaughter's birthday. The black heifer pictured is none other than Lola, Luna’s mama. She was such a good girl! Although she was eight months old when she came to the farm, she was so easy to work with. We spent hours leading her up and down the driveway, down the road, and around the farm. Luna gets her sweetness from her mama.

The photographer also captured our sweet Bella 💗🐔

Good morning and Happy Tuesday, farm fam ☕️🌅🐂

Willie is settling in quite nicely here at the farm. Lola is flirting with him, and Lucy still isn't quite sure yet. He definitely isn't shy around his lady friends and I have no doubt that they will all be getting down to business very soon 🔥

Lately we've received several requests from followers if they can just stop by for a short visit and pet the cattle. While we absolutely love and appreciate all of the attention Luna and the herd are receiving, this is our home. Unfortunately, due to my work schedule and my husband's honey-do list here on the farm, we just can't offer random visits. We also use the income from Cow Cuddle Experiences to improve the farm for our guests and care for our cattle, so scheduling a Cow Cuddle Experience is required.
