I'm affectionate to the point of being shameless about it. I run, I leap, I bring all the energy, and then I flop down next to you like I've been yours the whole time.

Walks, fetch, hikes, and zoomies in the yard are all my kind of day, and then I'd be a great couch buddy afterward. I promise to make you laugh every single day. ๐Ÿ˜‚

I'm five years old and still love a good game of fetch, and if being goofy gets a laugh out of you, I'm all in. When the games wind down, I'm a serious cuddler, so save me a spot right next to you. ๐Ÿงก

๐—ค๐˜‚๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜๐˜‡ by name, a gem by nature. ๐Ÿ’Ž Yes, Iโ€™m a stunning long-haired white beauty, but my heart is what really shines. Iโ€™m gentle, mellow, and so cuddly, and I might even enjoy a feline friend, though we just donโ€™t know yet. ๐Ÿงก

When I arrived, my beautiful long fur was so badly matted that I needed a little makeover! Some shaving was necessary to help me feel comfortable again, and let me tell you, I feel SO much better! My gorgeous white locks will grow back, and Iโ€™ll be even more beautiful than before. โœจ

Look at the difference in these pictures!!

The picture on the left is Camero and Chevelle as strays on the run until they came to us. They were scared, hungry, tired, with no idea where to go. They were also most likely wondering where their next meal would come from, worried about getting hurt by someone or hit on the road.

Now look at them once they were safe in our care which is the picture on the right โค๏ธ They know they don't have to outrun anything anymore. They know where dinner is coming from. They know nobody is going to hurt them. Look at those faces!

Chevelle has been adopted! ๐ŸŽ‰ Camero is now in a foster home, waiting for her adoption day. We're hoping she gets the same happy ending Chevelle did. Could Camero be yours?

This is what we do at the Morgan County Humane Society every day. For every stray animal that comes through our doors, we offer safety, care, love, and our very best effort to help them find a family of their own. The Humane Society is not meant to be a forever home for them. Adoptions and foster homes help with our mission.

Peek-a-boo! ๐Ÿ‘€๐ŸŽƒ Itโ€™s ๐—–๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜† ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ป!! One of our staff members was walking her through the lobby and she needed a better view and jumped up to look over the counter. We're pretty sure she was checking to see who was working, and quite possibly could have been wanting to check to see if she has any adoption applications. No matter which, we've had a lot of great greeters over the years, and we'll just add her right to that list.

I've got the cutest play bow ever, and I'm always up for a game. Check the comments for a video of me trying to catch a treat. Let's just say my head got in the way, and I've never been more proud of a non-catch. ๐Ÿ˜‚ I've got plenty of love to give, and I'm ready to give it to my person.
