The few dogs I groomed last week when the fair was going!

Just a couple of updates:
I have a scheduled procedure on Friday September 4th.
This will not affect any boarding or daycare dogs. This will however affect some grooming.
I will not be able to do any dog shaving for 4-6 weeks after my procedure. I am trying to fit in as many grooms as I can between now and the 4th.

This past week has been crazy in a good way! I was able to spend the week supporting our youth at the Berkeley County Youth Fair!

I was asked to be the chairperson for the dog project and show and I am so proud of these kids and all of the amazing things they have accomplished.
I was also able to be a sponsor for one of the pig boards which helps them move the pigs around the barns and pens.
Thank you everyone for allowing me to give back to the youth of our amazing community this week. I grew up in these youth programs and they hold a special place in my heart.

Rafi, Eva, Mica and I had the amazing opportunity to do a Career Day for the Boys and Girls Club for one of their day camps.

The pups were a big hit while we talked about how to properly groom your pet along with the kids watching them do some obedience.

Mica was definitely tired and fell asleep on top of her siblings crate for a little while.
