Please read and share about this special program we are hosting at Furnace Brook Farm here in Marshfield. One of our missions is to give back to our community - we hope some of our town’s first responders will join us. ❤️
Some experiences don’t end when the shift is over.
September 13, we’re offering first responders a place to pause, reconnect and receive support in the quiet presence of horses.
Grounding & Resilience with Horses is a free restorative gathering at Furnace Brook Farm Therapeutic Equestrian Center. Through gentle movement, breath and grounding practices, guided meditation and time with the herd, we’ll make room to slow down and settle—without needing to explain or share what you’ve been carrying.
You spend so much time responding to the needs of others. This is time offered for you.
🌿 Sunday, September 13 · 11:30 AM–2 PM
📍 Furnace Brook Farm Therapeutic Equestrian Center

If a first responder comes to mind as you read this, please pass the invitation along.
First responders carry experiences that do not always end when the shift is over. Repeated exposure to crisis, responsibility for the lives of others, cumulative stress and personal or departmental loss can remain present in the body and nervous system.
