This is simply fantastic! So happy for Rhuby, Nancy & Clyde🐾❣️
The first day gone I got to meet rhubs and it was like she’s been living there forever, right at home with the Wynias. Two of the best people with the warmest hearts - how could Rhuby be anything but happy with these 2❣️
**ADOPTION UPDATE!**
To all who know the humor of Mr Clyde Wynia, owner of the infamous Jurustic Park, here's his funny rendition of an adoption recap for our pup Sue Ellen now Rhuby. 🤓
"Just a short message about Rhuby, that fake dog you conned us into adopting. I don’t know how I can say this politely but I will explain.
As soon as we got her in the house she immediately ran through all 11 rooms on both floors and came back wagging her tail, all excited. Then, Nancy and our daughter in law, Peggy, sat on our couch to watch a game show. Rhuby then laid down along side Peggy. As Peg reached over and patted her butt, Rhuby turned around and with tag wagging frantically began kissing Peg, all excited.
The next day Rhuby had a collar put on her that beeped to warn her about the underground fence. After that, she began racing all over the yard, the parking area, and the sculpture trails, wagging her tail furiously. Then dozens of visitors arrived—men, women, children, families, and some with dogs. Rhuby greeted everyone with the usual sniff and wagging tail, without jumping on anyone. People really seemed to like her. That is simply not acceptable; she is getting more attention than I am! 😉
Now the squirrels are in a panic, both on the ground and in the trees. Rhuby will give them no rest. How can these poor squirrels do their job of digging holes in the yard, sides of buildings, roofs, and chewing on electric wires etc. without the worry of Rhuby harassing them?! 🐿️🌰
In addition, she is constantly running full speed up and down the granite driveway, through the sculpture trails, and across the parking area. We are worried she will wear away the granite and force us to replace it.
I could add many more complaints, but I’ll mention only one final disturbing habit: when the visitors leave and it is time to return to the house, Rhuby insists on cuddling beside one of us—snuggling, kissing, and wagging her tail at full speed. It is nearly impossible to read the iPad or watch the news while trying to calm her down. 😏
We have thought it might be best to return her to the shelter but would not want any body else to get stuck with this dog. And, beside this, we just love her to death. We are sooooo thrilled with her. Thanks so very much." 💖
