In anticipation of the winter storm forecast for Northeast Texas this weekend, Snider Industries and Pinecone Shavings will be closed on Monday.

Lumber and shavings shipping will be closed

We will not be taking logs

We’ll continue to monitor conditions and share updates as needed. Everyone please stay safe and warm.

Many long-time or even rookie horse owners know that horses can sleep standing up because of their "stay-apparatus," but not everyone knows that when not sleeping, horses also use that apparatus to rest while standing for long periods of time. This allows them to conserve energy while standing so they are ready to take flight if needed!
