🐾 Important Grooming Reminder 🐾

For the safety of all pets in my care and to help protect myself while working closely with your dogs, all dogs must be current on their Rabies, Distemper, and Leptospirosis vaccinations before their grooming appointment.

Please remember that it is the owner's responsibility to keep vaccinations up to date. I am unable to track or remind clients when vaccines are due. If your dog's vaccinations are not current at the time of their appointment, it will need to be rescheduled until they are up to date.

Dogs should also be on a flea and tick preventative to help keep everyone safe and healthy.

A quick update for all of my wonderful clients! 🐾
First, thank you for your continued support—it truly means so much to me!

Due to an increase in late cancellations and no-shows, I'll be making a few changes to my schedule and booking policy to help keep my small business running smoothly.

Starting September 1st:
🐶 I'll be grooming in Marshall Monday–Wednesday each week, with the remainder of my appointments in Balaton. 🐶 Starting immediately a 50% booking deposit will be required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your groom. 🐶 Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. I truly appreciate each and every one of you, and I look forward to continuing to care for your pups! ❤️🐾

To all of my wonderful clients,

This is a post I've been putting off because it truly breaks my heart to write. Due to ongoing back issues, I have made the difficult decision to no longer accept giant breed dogs for grooming, including breeds such as Great Pyrenees, Bernese Mountain Dogs, Great Danes, and other similar-sized dogs.

Anyone who knows me knows how much I love these gentle giants, and this decision has not come easily. However, I have to do what is best for my health so I can continue doing what I love and provide the best care possible to the pets entrusted to me. Ignoring my physical limitations now could lead to more serious injuries in the future, which would affect my ability to groom altogether.

I am incredibly grateful for the trust, loyalty, and support you have shown me since day one. It has been an honor to care for your beloved pets, and I appreciate your understanding as I make this necessary change.

I hope everyone is having a great start to the week. I wanted to share an important update regarding my schedule. I recently injured my back and, as a result, I will need to temporarily reduce my grooming workload. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding.

At this time, I will continue accepting appointments for both my regular and new clients. However, I will be limiting the number of grooms I complete each day to help manage the strain on my back. I am currently booking about a month out, so if you’d like to schedule an appointment, please call 507-532-5000 and we will get you in at the soonest available opening. We will also be maintaining a cancellation list and are happy to contact you if an earlier appointment becomes available.

To help ensure you have a spot that works best for you, I highly recommend booking your next appointment at the time of pickup. This will help avoid extended wait times between grooms.
