Better late than never! 😅🐾 We're wrapping up Vet Tech Week with one last post covering two days of fun!

Last Thursday was all about bravery and doubles! We took on a round of Fear Factor (some of us were braver than others 👀) and showed up dressed as "twins" of our coworkers — can you spot the matches? 👯

Friday we rolled in with bagels 🥯 and wrapped things up with Black Out Day 🖤

Along the way we shared heartfelt thank-you notes with each other and filled up at a walking taco bar 🌮 — the perfect way to close out the week.

We finished Vet Tech Week feeling humble, grateful, and so proud of this team. To our amazing vet techs, assistants, CSRs and everyone who supports them — thank you for all you do for our patients, our clients, and each other. 💙

🧦 Crazy Sock Day! 🧦

Our team circled up to show off our sock game for Vet Tech Week spirit week! Some of us went all out, and some of us… kept it a little more low-key. 😄

Kind of like life at the clinic: some days are absolutely crazy, and some days are maybe a almost “normal” day… but rarely! 😅🐾

No matter what kind of day it is, this team shows up for our patients and clients every single time. 💙

🎉 Happy Veterinary Technician Week! 🎉

If you've been following along, you know we celebrated last week, but we're sharing our spirit week fun and celebrations with you all this week! 📸

Last Tuesday we held Color Wars, and we're proud (and maybe a little smug 😏) to announce that the management/CSR team took home the win! 🏆 We also had some fun with our very own Vet Tech Olympics, putting everyday clinic skills to the test in some friendly (and very competitive) events! 🥇

All joking aside, so much goes into keeping our clinic running every single day, and it truly takes a team. Just last week, our CSRs answered 504 phone calls 📞, and our doctors, vet techs, and support staff worked together to care for 190 appointments during business hours 🐾. That doesn't count the emergencies, the farm calls, the late nights, and all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our patients healthy and our clients cared for.

Our doctors rely on our vet techs every step of the way, from exams and surgeries to lab work and patient care. That partnership is what makes MAC run. 🩺

To our amazing vet techs and support staff: thank you for your skill, your patience, and your heart. We couldn't do it without you 💙

🦸‍♀️🐾 Vet Tech Week: Superhero Day! 🐾🦸‍♂️

Last week, we celebrated Vet Tech Week a little early so one of our amazing techs could join in on the fun before welcoming a new baby into the world!

Monday kicked off with Superhero Day! Everyone came dressed in their everyday clothes because, let’s be honest… our team members are superheroes EVERY SINGLE DAY!

They may not wear capes, but our vet techs have some pretty incredible superpowers! 💥

🩺 Superpower: Healing Hands — Providing patient care, monitoring vital signs, assisting with treatments, and helping our patients feel their best.

🐾 Superpower: Animal Whisperers — Reading body language, recognizing subtle changes, and helping keep our patients as calm and comfortable as possible.

💉 Superpower: Multitasking Masters — Juggling appointments, treatments, lab work, surgeries, hospitalized patients, and a million other things… sometimes all at once!

❤️ Superpower: Hearts of Gold — Giving love, comfort, and compassion to animals who can’t tell us what hurts.

🧠 Superpower: X-Ray Vision (Almost!) — Catching the little details, noticing changes, and helping our doctors put all the pieces together.

💪 Superpower: Strength Under Pressure — Staying calm, thinking quickly, and working together when things get busy or an emergency comes through the door.

✨ Their greatest superpower? Showing up every day with compassion, dedication, and a whole lot of heart for the animals and people who depend on them.

We appreciate everything you do, even the things that often happen behind the scenes. Our clinic wouldn’t be the same without you! ❤️🐶🐱🐴🐮

💙 National Veterinary Technician Week is October 18–24! 💙

Our vet techs are the heart of Marshall Animal Clinic. They're the ones holding paws (and hooves!), calming nerves, running labs, assisting in surgery, and making sure every patient gets the care they deserve.

But it truly takes a whole team, so this year we're celebrating our ENTIRE staff! From the friendly faces at the front desk to our techs and assistants we couldn't do it without every one of them. 🐾

We'll be celebrating a week early, October 11–17, so we can include a team member who will soon be welcoming a new baby! 👶💕

Please share your favorite memories or the things you like best about our team, and we'll share them with our staff throughout the week. Whether they helped your pup through surgery, comforted your cat at a checkup, or worked with your horse or herd, we'd love to hear it!

📝 Share your story here: https://forms.gle/d5dQcYMEG3cKxz9X8

Thank you for helping us show our team how appreciated they are! 💙

It's National Veterinary Technician Week (thought we choose to celebrate our entire support staff), and we want to show our amazing techs how much they mean to the animals and families we care for. Share a moment when one of our techs made a difference for you or your animal. Big or small, we'd love...
