We are seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Courtesy Officer to join our apartment community team.
Responsibilities Include:
✔ Conducting routine property patrols
✔ Assisting with lockouts and disturbances
✔ Enforcing community policies and procedures
✔ Maintaining a visible and positive presence on the property
Qualifications:
• Current law enforcement
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work evening and overnight hours as needed
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
